Doktor Kaboom took the stage on Friday, Sept. 27 at 7:30 p.m. drawing an audience eager for a taste for science experiments. The line was long, and buzzing with excitement from children and family members.
Doktor Kaboom introduced himself to the audience. He made some fun and light-hearted comments about himself such as being a “snappy dresser.” Throughout the whole show, he was very interactive with the audience. For first experiment, Doktor Kaboom blew air into two balloons to illustrate the unpredictability of air. One of the balloons got stuck on the ceiling, which sent a wave of giggles through all the kids in the audience. He loved it when all the kids started screaming with excitement.
Doktor Kaboom asked for two volunteers for another demonstration. These volunteers helped him conduct some safe experiments creating a fun hands-on learning experience for the children. Towards the end of the show, he made a TikTok with the entire audience.
To end the night, he made a small rocket that blasted off towards the audience. Overall, this show was an exciting combination of education and entertainment. The educational experiments were not only safe for kids to try at home with adult supervision, but also a fun way to learn about science and keep the spark of interest for both adults and children. This unforgettable night was filled with learning, laughter, and lasting memories for everyone!
