Moraine Valley Student Life will hold the 3rd Annual Big Pink Volleyball tournament in the FitRec (Building H) on Wednesday, Oct. 11, from 12 p.m. – 4 p.m.
The Big Pink Volleyball is a volleyball tournament that will use a giant inflatable ball instead of a traditional volleyball. The tournament is to help spread awareness of Breast Cancer Research and Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

Anyone can sign up with a team consisting of 4 – 6 people. Registration packets are available in the Student Life office in U115 (follow the hallway past the cashier at Cafe Moraine). There is a $5 fee per player. Registration is open from now to Monday, October 9, 2023. Players may opt to purchase a t-shirt at $10 each.
If you would like to support the fund raiser but cannot play, t-shirts will be for sale at the event for $15 each for observers. There is no entrance fee for those who wish to watch the matches.
All proceeds will be given to the Susan G. Komen Organization, the largest non-profit for Breast Cancer Research in the US. To learn more visit https://www.komen.org/ for more information on the organization. The goal is to raise over the $2,000 raised in from the event in 2022.
