Applying for scholarships at Moraine Valley is a quick and easy process that may bring a huge reward. You will never know until you try.
“Many students think they have to be a 4.0 GPA or have to have a FAFSA, or they can’t get a scholarship if they get financial aid,” says Patti Friend, director of Alumni and Annual Programs. “A lot of urban myths need to be corrected.”
Due to the coronavirus crisis, the application deadline has been extended to June 30. You do have to be currently enrolled as a student at Moraine Valley.
All you have to do is visit morainevalley.edu. In the tab section click “Cost and Aid.” Click on “Scholarships,” and follow the instructions.
After you are directed, you will see a blue sign-on button in the upper right corner. Your student information will automatically be applied to your application once you sign in. Answer a few questions and you will be auto matched to scholarships you are qualified for. Only one application is needed to see if you are eligible for the available scholarships.
The deadline to apply is June 30, 2020. Visit morainevalley.edu and click “Cost and Aid.”
